3.2 Single Account Rule. Each individual may register only one Account on the 4777cx Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds voided.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Any material misrepresentation in your registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of Balance.
3.4 KYC Verification. 4777cx is obligated under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all players. You agree to provide, upon request and within a reasonable timeframe, copies of government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.
3.5 Geographic Eligibility. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 4777cx Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 4777cx makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate in every location. Players accessing the Platform do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 4777cx login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 4777cx will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 Immediate Notification. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify 4777cx support immediately at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon notification.
4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 4777cx Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any available Balance exceeding the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method subject to completed KYC verification.
4.4 Account Suspension by 4777cx. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or our AML and fraud prevention policies. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, any Balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 4777cx will apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 to inactive accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to fees being applied and may reactivate their Account by logging in at any time.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 4777cx accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 4777cx's discretion with notice to players.
5.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. These thresholds may vary by payment method and are subject to change. 4777cx does not impose currency conversion charges on PKR transactions.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 4777cx Account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days depending on the sending institution. 4777cx is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are processed within 24 to 72 hours of approval. 4777cx reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests where required under KYC or AML obligations. Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method previously used for deposit where technically feasible.
5.5 Player Funds Protection. 4777cx holds all player deposits in accounts that are segregated from the Company's operational funds. This segregation ensures that your PKR Balance is protected in the event of 4777cx's insolvency and will be returned to players ahead of any general creditors.
5.6 Prohibited Payment Sources. You must not deposit funds sourced from criminal activity, third-party credit facilities taken out solely for gambling purposes, or payment methods not registered in your own name. 4777cx reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where prohibited payment sources are identified.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All 4777cx promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers, are subject to the specific terms and conditions displayed at the point of claiming each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for matters covered by it.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and contribution percentages are stated on each promotion page. Wagers placed on games that are excluded from bonus wagering will not count toward fulfilment of the requirement.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated free bet allocations carry an expiry period. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered to the required level within the specified expiry window will be automatically removed from your Account without notice.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. 4777cx employs automated and manual monitoring to detect promotion abuse. Conduct constituting abuse includes, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, structuring deposits to trigger bonus thresholds repeatedly, placing offsetting bets across accounts, and any strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gaming intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, 4777cx will void all Bonus Funds, remove any winnings derived from those funds, and may permanently close the associated Account.
6.5 Withdrawal Election. Where a player holds both a real-money Balance and active Bonus Funds, any withdrawal request will draw from the real-money Balance first. Requesting a withdrawal before bonus wagering requirements are met will result in the automatic forfeiture of all outstanding Bonus Funds.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. 8.1 Bet Acceptance. All sports bets placed on the 4777cx Platform are subject to acceptance by 4777cx. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at our discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed on markets suspended due to breaking news, and bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error.
8.2 Manifest Errors. Where odds or lines are published due to a technical or human error that results in prices materially different from the true market, 4777cx reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price regardless of whether those bets have been settled. This includes cricket, PSL, and other markets popular with Pakistani players.
8.3 Event Cancellation & Postponement. If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of its original scheduled start time, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Specific market rules for in-play, partial-event, and proposition markets are detailed in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.
8.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets on 4777cx, including ball-by-ball cricket markets, are subject to brief suspension periods during critical moments of play. Bets placed immediately before a market suspension may be held pending acceptance review. 4777cx is not obligated to accept in-play bets received during or immediately following a suspension period.
8.5 Match Fixing. Bets placed on events where there is credible evidence of match fixing or irregular activity may be voided by 4777cx at any time, including after settlement. 4777cx cooperates with sporting integrity bodies and may report suspicious betting patterns to the relevant authorities.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4777cx Platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and service improvement as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.3 4777cx will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by our licensing obligations or by applicable law.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4777cx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
13.2 4777cx's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
13.3 4777cx does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We accept no liability for losses arising from service outages, maintenance periods, or third-party infrastructure failures outside our reasonable control.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits 4777cx's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4777cx holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
14.2 Dispute Resolution Procedure.
